Carlo Scarpa (1906-1978) left a huge mark not only on architecture but also on a wide range of design fields such as interiors and displays. This issue is a reprint, with a new cover, of Carlo Scarpa that was published as an extra edition of a+u in October 1985.
We hope that this issue, which has been revived 40 years after its first publication, will provide readers with a complete picture of Scarpa’s designs.
