The Architecture of Attention

£8.00

London, 2026, 20 x 13 cm, 78pp. illustrated, Paperback.

Description

By Marko Milovanovic

Creative work does not become public because it is good. It enters public life when someone learns how to build the conditions through which it can be seen, trusted and carried.

Every creative life is shaped by an architecture of attention.

Yet most of those lives are spent waiting for permission from institutions, clients, editors, curators, algorithms and gatekeepers. The harder and more consequential work is learning how to construct a space for practice and its architecture of attention. Through that architecture, a practice finds the room to emerge, to gather force and to endure.

Marko Milovanovic is an architect, filmmaker and teacher.
